Ingredients 

  • 1 kiwi
  • 2 banana
  • 8 strawberries
  • 8 grapes
  • ½ small melon
  • 200g SPAR Greek style yogurt
  • 2 tbsp SPAR clear honey or maple syrup
  • ½ tsp finely grated orange zest (optional)

Method

  • Peel and thickly slice 1 kiwi.  Peel and chop 2 banana into chunky pieces. 
  • Hull 8 strawberries and skin and cut half a small melon into chunks. 
  • Thread the pieces, along with 8 grapes alternately onto wooden skewers.
  • Cover and chill until required.  Combine 200ml natural Greek yogurt with 2tbsp runny honey or maple syrup and ½ tsp finely grated orange zest and serve with the chilled skewers. 
  • Tip – the skewers will keep in the fridge for a couple of hours covered with cling film, but add the banana at the last minute as it will discolour
