Summertime Chicken Fajitas


  •  Chicken dippers, cut into pieces
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • Handful of Rocket lettuce leaves
  • 1 red pepper, sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • Fajita Seasoning
  • Flour tortillas
  • Southern Fries and Salsa

  1. Cook your chicken dippers to packet instructions
  2. Heat a large skillet on the stove and olive oil to coat the bottom of the pan.
  3. Add the sliced vegetables to the skillet and sauté for about 5 minutes
  4. Add the cooked chicken dippers to the vegetables and season with fajita seasoning.
  5. Warm the flour tortillas and serve the fajitas with fresh salsa, chips or any side condiment you choose. Enjoy!
