Ham & Cheese Hasselback Potatoes



  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 ½ tablespoons brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper


  • 4 Medium Potatoes
  • Sliced Ham
  • Cheddar Cheese


  1. Cut off ends of potatoes, about 1/2 inch on each side. Then make thin slices in the potatoes about 1/8 inch apart. Cut most of the way through the potato.
  2. Microwave potatoes for about 15 minutes.
  3. While potatoes are heating thinly slice your ham and your cheese.
  4. Whisk all the sauce ingredients together in a medium bowl, set aside until ready to use.
  5. Once potatoes are done place them on a baking sheet. Place ham and cheese in the slices of the potatoes alternating between each.
  6. Pour sauce over the potatoes and bake in oven for 10-15 minutes at 200˚C.
