Baked Turkey, Ham & Avocado Nachos


• 300g cooked turkey breast, diced
• 200g cooked ham, diced
• 100g SPAR enjoy local medium cheddar cheese, grated
• 1 large The Greengrocer’s red onion, sliced
• 1 The Greengrocer’s red chilli, sliced
• 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
• 2 avocados, sliced
• 3 tbsp mayo
• 1 tsp peri-peri seasoning
• 2 The Greengrocer limes, juiced
• 250g SPAR lightly salted tortilla chips
• SPAR extra virgin olive oil

1. Preheat oven to 180C
2. In a hot pan add the oil, red onions, chillies, turkey and cooked ham. Keep it moving while getting a golden colour on the meat then season
3. On a tray lay out the tortilla chips and spoon out the spiced turkey mix over the top. Then cover with the grated cheese. Bake for 15 minutes till the cheese is starting to brown
4. In a bowl crush the avocados and mix with the garlic, lime juice, peri-peri seasoning and mayo then dollop on top of the nachos to serve
