Gluten Free Chocolate Fudge

100g Chocolate (Dark or Milk), broken into pieces

100g unsalted butter, melted

450g icing sugar

45ml milk

1 tsp vanilla extract


  1. Add the chocolate to a microwave safe, large bowl. Pop the bowl into

the microwave at a medium heat, stirring every 30 seconds until it has

just melted

  1. Add the butter, icing sugar, vanilla extract and milk to the bowl, and

mix well. Continue to heat on high for 3-4 minutes, beating the mixture

well every minute. Be careful, it will get very hot

  1. When the mixture starts to thicken and set around the edges, it is

ready to pour into a greased, 20cm x 15cm dish

  1. After a few minutes the fudge will start to set. Using a knife, mark it

into small squares. Then leave to cool before transferring to an airtight
