After 25 years in the bakery business Warren Patton knows a thing or two about what customers want, about what separates the wheat from the chaff so to speak. Patton's Bakery opened in 2004 in a small rented premises in 2004. In 2015 is won Winner of ‘Best Family Business’ at Ards Borough Council’s Business Awards aPurchased adjacent premises at Kiltonga to house new dispatch facility – creating even more jobs! Now 46 employees with a whopping 9 vans, supplying to EUROSPAR stores around the country.

  • Meet Corn Dolly Bakery

    Established in 1990, the Corn Dolly is a family run business that has been serving the people of Newry and Mourne, Co. Down for over two decades. We produce an extensive range of traditional and artisan breads, handmade confectionery and bespoke celebration cakes.
    From an initial workforce of just eight, our hard work, dedication and commitment to quality has helped the company to grow in both reputation and excellence, and we now employ almost 50 staff.


    Our focus has always been on quality. We use only the freshest ingredients and traditional baking methods to produce high quality, hand-crafted and hand decorated produce. Our quality produce have won many awards over the years including Great Taste Awards, Bridgestone Guide Awards, and more recently the Blas na hÉireann awards.


    To this day we are still very much an award winning family run home bakery, with three generations of the O’Keefe family now working together. We believe that quality is simply the secret of our success.

    The Windsor Bakery was founded in 1957 in Banbridge Co. Down by Barry Edwards. The family run, award winning bakery produces a range of breads, cakes,  buns and biscuits. Their promise of using only the best quality ingredients guarantees taste and freshness from every product.

  • Meet Country Kitchen

    The Country Kitchen was established in 1982 by Bill & Roberta Ferguson. Starting off as a new business venture, The Country Kitchen was originally located in smaller premises at 49 Sloan Street, Lisburn.

    1984 saw Bill’s son Chris join the family business as an apprentice baker. In 1990 after many successful years and a steady growth in business, The Country Kitchen expanded it’s premises. We have been providing fresh produce and a relaxed, friendly environment to all of our customers for almost 30 years.

  • Meet Genesis Crafty

    Genesis crafty is nestled in the heart of mid Ulster in Magherafelt and was founded back in 1968 by Joe & Roberta McErlean. Their bakery is now run by their six sons... yes SIX baking brothers.

    Using quality ingredients, they adapt the hand crafted approach baking daily to ensure you get that homemade taste each time. The bakery has a wealth of award winning products including numerous Great Taste Awards.
