Method 
- Crack 2 eggs into a bowl and season with salt and pepper.  
 
- Lightly beat with fork until yolks and whites are combined. 
 
- Heat frying pan over a low-medium heat and add in butter. 
 
- When butter starts to heat pour in eggs and stir/whisk lightly.  
 
- Continue to stir gently as eggs cook to ‘scramble’ (approx. 3-5 minutes) 
 
- When nearly cooked removed from heat and continue to stir. Eggs will finish cooking in residual heat in pan.
