Scrambled Egg

Ingredients 

  • 2 eggs  
  • 1 tbsp butter  
  • Salt  
  • Black pepper

Method 

  • Crack 2 eggs into a bowl and season with salt and pepper.  
  • Lightly beat with fork until yolks and whites are combined. 
  • Heat frying pan over a low-medium heat and add in butter. 
  • When butter starts to heat pour in eggs and stir/whisk lightly.  
  • Continue to stir gently as eggs cook to ‘scramble’ (approx. 3-5 minutes) 
  • When nearly cooked removed from heat and continue to stir. Eggs will finish cooking in residual heat in pan.  
  • Serve immediately.
