Method 
- Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water (about 1 inch above the eggs). 
 
- Bring water to a boil and cook eggs for 10 minute. 
 
- Move the eggs to a bowl of ice water and leave them for at least 5 minutes to stop cooking and make peeling easier. 
 
- Peel the eggs under running water. 
 
-  Slice peeled eggs in half lengthways and gently pop out the hard yolks into a bowl. 
 
- Mash the yolks with a fork. Mix in mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth. 
 
- Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
