Method 
- Fill a pot with water and bring to the boil.  
 
- Carefully add in 6 eggs and boil for 10 minutes (or until hard boiled.) 
 
- Once boiled use tongs to remove eggs from boiling water and place into chilled water for 3 minutes.  
 
- Once cool then peel eggs.  
 
- Mix all ingredients (chopped eggs, mayonnaise, Djon mustard, and salt and pepper in a bowl.  
 
- Refrigerate for up to 5 days.
