Classic Egg Salad

Ingredients 

  • 6 large eggs  
  • ¼ cup of mayonnaise  
  • 1 teaspoon Djon mustard  
  • Coarse salt and ground black pepper, to taste

Method 

  • Fill a pot with water and bring to the boil.  
  • Carefully add in 6 eggs and boil for 10 minutes (or until hard boiled.) 
  • Once boiled use tongs to remove eggs from boiling water and place into chilled water for 3 minutes.  
  • Once cool then peel eggs.  
  • Roughly chop eggs.  
  • Mix all ingredients (chopped eggs, mayonnaise, Djon mustard, and salt and pepper in a bowl.  
  • Mix well.  
  • Refrigerate for up to 5 days.
